Eaglet Scan

The Contact Lens Institute of Kansas uses advanced EagletScan technology to design highly customized scleral lenses.
This detailed eye surface scan captures precise measurements of the cornea, limbus, and sclera, allowing Dr. Letourneau to create specialty contact lenses that match the exact shape of each patient’s eye.

EyePrintPRO & EyeFitPRO
EyePrintPRO uses a gentle impression-based molding process to capture the exact shape of your eye, creating one of the most precise custom scleral lenses available. This detailed impression is digitally scanned and used to design a fully personalized lens that matches your eye with exceptional accuracy. Because of this advanced customization, many patients, including those with complex cases who have not succeeded with traditional scleral lenses, can be successfully fit within the first two visits.
Optovue OCT
The Optovue OCT allows Dr. Letourneau to see exactly how your scleral lens rests on your eye using advanced cross-sectional imaging technology. This high-resolution imaging provides a clear view beneath the lens, allowing him to carefully evaluate the fit and make precise adjustments when needed. With this level of accuracy, he can refine your scleral lenses for optimal comfort, healthy eyes, and clear vision. The scan is quick and painless and plays an important role in creating a truly customized fit for every patient.
OVITZ

Here at the Contact Lens Institute of Kansas, we are proud to offer OVITZ scleral lens technology. This advanced system helps Dr. Letourneau design custom scleral lenses with an even higher level of visual precision, going beyond fit alone. OVITZ technology allows for enhanced customization that can improve clarity, comfort, and overall vision quality for patients with complex or irregular corneas.
